The SHSM – Sports enables students to build a foundation of sector-focused knowledge and skills before graduating. Chippewa Secondary School is recognized by the Ministry of Education as offering specialized training in Sports. This program allows students to focus on this sector which generates $8 billion per year and is a growing part of our economy. The Sports SHSM is a bundle of 9 credits, including 2 credit Co Op, experiences and 6 certifications that focus on sports but with plenty of options to customize your learning.

They will have the opportunity to solve some of the most pressing issues facing modern societies while having good prospects for a varied career in a dynamic sector. A particular focus may include power generation and distribution, renewable and alternative energy, or energy efficiency.
