Submit a Registration Form
A literacy assessment and intake interview are both mandatory for intake.
Fill out the PSW literacy assessment form to register for our next North Bay literacy assessment/intake interview. Once your registration form is submitted, you will receive information regarding a date to take your literacy test.
Complete a literacy assessment - We will contact you in December to set this up
Bring evidence from the checklist to the literacy assessment
Check back here for scheduled sessions from December 2023 until January 2024
The interview typically follows the literacy assessment. We ask that you present ALL documents from the checklist at this interview.
However, we recommend waiting to apply for your vulnerable sector check until 6 weeks before the program start. You CANNOT start the program without a receipt for your record check.
Use a letter from us that allows you to apply for a Vulnerable Sector Police Record Check - apply for this at least 6 weeks before program start date.
BEFORE YOU START! Please see this Checklist to Start that is mandatory for all PSW students. Completing the checklist takes some time, and we want students to be aware of the requirements well in advance.
Here is the link to the mandatory medical form that must be completed.
