Truth and Reconciliation Week
Sept. 26-30th is Truth and Reconciliation Week. This week is recognized throughout the lands now known as Canada to further acknowledge the truths of our shared history. September 30 is the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, also Orange Shirt Day, to acknowledge the tragic legacy of residential schools, the missing children, and the survivors of these institutions.
Safer Schools Reporting Tool
At NNDSB we believe that all students, staff, and community members are entitled to safe, welcoming environments. In order to ensure that our schools are as safe and accepting as possible, we have created an additional method for reporting incidents related to the infringement of human rights such as bullying and/or discrimination.
