Student and staff safety remains our highest priority. All seven of the school’s hexpods have been taken out of service while further inspections and assessments are underway. Students and staff will not return to the affected spaces until all necessary work has been completed, the areas have been thoroughly inspected and tested, and the appropriate approvals have been received.

To ensure learning continues with minimal disruption, Grade 7-8 students have been relocated to alternate learning spaces within the school and the currently unoccupied child-care space. Learning continues as scheduled. We are grateful to students and staff for their flexibility, cooperation, and patience throughout this transition.

We recognize that this news may be concerning for families and staff. We remain committed to keeping our school community informed and will continue to provide updates as more information becomes available and as remediation work progresses.
