Service Commitment
The NNDSB Student and Family Support Office, in alignment with the service standards outlined in the Ministry’s Policy/Program Memorandum 170, will make every effort to:
- Acknowledge your inquiry within 2 business days.
- Provide a full response within 5 business days.
- If additional time is required, we will let you know when you can expect a response.
