Computer Lab Bookings

Hello Staff! - Please use the links below to check the availability of technology before you request a booking.

Intermediate Technology - this is reserved for Intermediate bookings only.

To book Intermediate technology (with the exception of the LLC), please email your request to Jason.Henstridge@nearnorthschools.ca, and indicate what cart you would like to book and the date and time you would like it for.

Secondary Technology - this is reserved for Secondary bookings only.

To book Secondary technology (with the exception of the LLC), please use the calendars linked below to independently create a booking for any available time slot with the following restrictions (complete instructions are available here).

you can not make a booking more than three weeks in advance
you can not book the same cart more than three days in a row

If you need to create a booking outside of these parameters, or if there is a problem with the booking software, you want to report a computer in need of repair, or if you need to cancel a booking, please email Kelly Shulman.

On the day of the booking how do I get the cart? Teachers are required to retrieve the cart either from the Student Success Room, or from the room in which they were located during the prior period (use the calendars to look up where the cart was during the previous period).

After your booking, please ensure that all laptops are plugged in, return the computer cart to the Student Success Room and plug the cart in so that they are ready for the next user.
