Grade 7 Immunization Clinic

The North Bay Parry Sound Health Unit will be conducting Hepatitis B, Human Papillomavirus and Meningococcal vaccinations for grade 7 students.
The meningococcal vaccination is a mandatory vaccine for attendance at school in the province of Ontario.
Consent forms are being sent home with students for the hepatitis B and HPV vaccines.
