Sunset Park Public School is located at the south end of North Bay. It is a dynamic school that serves over 450 students from Junior Kindergarten to Grade 6. Sunset Park is a dual track school offering both English and French Immersion programs. The staff are “second to none.” This dedicated group of professionals deliver an educational program that includes the academic, social, emotional and physical development of every one of their students. This staff is committed to delivering a great extra curricular program. Included are a variety of sporting activities, artistic and creative programs, environmental club, and academic clubs.

The staggered schedule for Sunset Park School is as follows:
On Wednesday, September 9th all students in SK to Grade 2 will start school and attend full-time from that day on.
On Thursday, September 10th, all students in Grades 3 and 4 will start school and attend full-time from that day on.
On Friday, September 11th, all students in Grades 5 and 6 will start school and attend full-time from that day on.
JK Students with last names beginning A to M will start on Monday, September 14th and attend full time from that day on.
JK Students with last names beginning N to Z will start on Tuesday, September 15th and attend full time from that day on.
*Students in our JDD Class will attend full-time beginning on Wednesday, September 9th.
