PERSONAL, EDUCATIONAL, & CAREER COUNSELING
The Student Services Department works to assist all students to:
- understand the concepts related to lifelong learning, interpersonal relationships (including responsible citizenship), and career planning;
- develop learning skills, social skills, a sense of social responsibility, and the ability to formulate and pursue educational and career goals;
- apply this learning to their lives and work in the school and the community.
To accomplish these goals, our Student Services Department provides guidance in instruction and counseling. The instruction program, with teacher support, assists students with in-class sessions on study habits, interest and aptitude testing, educational opportunities, career planning, course selections and decision making.
