World Renowned Internet Safety Expert Coming to the Near North District School Board
International leading expert on internet safety, Rob Nickel, is presenting to Near North District School Board staff and parents on Tuesday, December 6, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. in the Widdifield Secondary School Theatre. Rob, a former OPP officer, has appeared on major television shows such as Oprah, Dr. Phil and CNBC.
Rob Nickel’s internet safety presentation is part of Widdifield Secondary School’s School Improvement Plan focusing on Community Culture and Caring. The presentation will address what students are doing online and how parents and teachers can keep students safe in a wired world.
