​Parry Sound High School Envirothon Team

Places 6th in Provincial Competition

 

 

The Parry Sound High School Envirothon team named the Mangy Mongeese, competed in the Provincial Competition May 3-5th with a very strong finish! With a 6th place finish overall out of 24 teams from across the Province, they place in the top ten in almost all categories. A 2nd place finish in the Aquatics category, a 3rd in the Non Point Source Pollution category, a 7th in Soils, and 4th overall in all Testing Stations to name a few of their accomplishments. The team also finished first in the Amazing Race. A very successful finish for this team's first win at the Regionals, and first trip to the Provincial Competition! The team is already planning next year's strategy!
